That man should not be allowed anywhere near dogs or in a job protecting people. If they think that is an acceptable way of training dogs then they should not have a K-9 unit at all. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BARBARIC!!!! They don't have the first clue about dog training. I would like to hang that man from his neck and kick him into submission. This makes me sick!!!
